My story
My love for the profession began at a young age. I was eleven years old when I saw a physiotherapist run onto the court during a professional basketball game. I was inspired and there was no doubt: "That is what I want to be when I grow up."
In 2019, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy. My curiosity about the human being as a whole body and mind led me a year later to the Master's program in Psychosomatic Physiotherapy. Since then, I have been passionately dedicated to guiding people with complaints in which tension, stress, anxiety, pain, fatigue, or unexplained physical symptoms play a role.
What touches me most in this profession is that every person is unique. Psychosomatic complaints require more than a standard approach: they require attention, listening, and genuine connection. Helping unique stories and people gives me energy.
In addition to my specialization in psychosomatics, I also have a strong affinity for sports and exercise. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone function independently again with confidence in their own body. I have personally been active in basketball, fitness, running, and tennis. I bring this experience to my approach.

Vision
At Koert Psychosomatics, the focus is on the individual, not the complaint. I see body and mind as one inseparable whole. That's why you choose me, because you deserve more than just a protocol.
-
Genuine attention, from the very first moment
I'll take the time to listen to your story. I'll look not only at the symptoms but also at the underlying circumstances, beliefs, and emotions. Together, we'll uncover the core of your symptoms instead of tackling the tip of the iceberg. -
Customised instead of standard solutions
Everyone has a unique history and their own pace. Interventions are tailored to your needs: from body-oriented exercises to in-depth conversation techniques. You remain co-director of the treatment plan. -
Safe space to land, explore and recover
In a world that's turning ever faster, I create a sense of slowing down. Here, you can pause, feel, and explore without judgment. That trust forms the foundation for lasting change. -
Restoring the dialogue with your body
Psychosomatic physiotherapy helps you rediscover your sensitivity to subtle bodily signals. With gentleness and curiosity, you'll learn to recognize and respect your boundaries, reducing the risk of tension building up. -
Focus on sustainable balance and resilience
Our goal goes beyond symptom reduction. We work on self-awareness, self-control, and quality of life. This way, you'll be able to move with confidence and feel better about yourself afterward.
Choosing Koert Psychosomatics means choosing warm, expert guidance. Together, we build a solid foundation so you not only recover but also embrace life with greater freedom and resilience.
