1. We begin with a free introductory session
In this first conversation, I’ll listen to your story. What are your complaints? What have you already tried? And what would you like to change?
2. A full intake and a tailored treatment plan
After the introduction, we’ll do a detailed intake. I’ll look not only at your physical symptoms but also at how you deal with stress, emotions, and daily life. Based on that, we’ll create a plan that truly fits you.
3. Treatment at your own pace
The treatment is a combination of body-oriented exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and conversations. You'll learn to listen to your body and better manage stress and tension. Together, we’ll work on rebuilding trust in your body and creating more peace of mind.
