Koert Psychosomatics has deliberately chosen to work without a contract. This allows me to offer you the optimal attention and quality for effective treatment.
Psychosomatic physiotherapy is (partially) covered by most insurers through supplementary insurance. This depends on the insurer and the type of supplementary insurance you have. Koert Psychosomatics has no contracts with health insurers. This means I don't bill directly to your health insurer. You will receive the invoice immediately afterward, which you can submit to your health insurer. Want to know how much your insurance will cover? This link will give you an estimate. Prevention or working on recovery
Sickness absence is a growing problem. Fortunately, more and more employers are recognizing the importance of preventive support or a program aimed at sustainable recovery. A program with Koert Psychosomatics can contribute to preventing absence from work and in your personal daily life. In many cases, your employer is willing to reimburse (part of) the costs. In that case, the psychosomatic coaching rate for individuals applies, which excludes VAT.
Cancellation and missed appointments
If you are unable to attend, please let us know immediately. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done by phone or email. Cancellations within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show will result in a charge for the full fee of the chosen session, unless there are circumstances beyond our control.
Billing

You will receive the invoice by email after the treatment.

You must submit the invoice to your health insurer yourself (reimbursement from supplementary insurance possible).

Treatment
The first session usually focuses on the intake, where we formulate your needs and goals together. Treatments may include conversations, body-oriented exercises, movement, breathing exercises, and, if appropriate, touch or exercises on the treatment table. We always work in consultation, in a way that suits you. If you give permission, a general practitioner or referring physician will be informed.
Complaints procedure
Koert Psychosomatics is affiliated with the KNGF complaints procedure. If you are dissatisfied with anything, please discuss it with me first. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can contact an independent complaints officer or the Physiotherapy Disputes Committee. More information can be found here.
Privacy Statement
At Koert Psychosomatics, we handle your personal data with care, in accordance with the GDPR. Data is used exclusively for the execution of the treatment agreement and is stored securely. You always have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, as long as this is legally permissible.
