After the introduction, we do a more in-depth intake. I look at your physical complaints, but also how you deal with stress, emotions, and daily life. Together, we create a treatment plan tailored to you.
3. Treatment at your own pace
Treatment includes body-oriented exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and conversations. You’ll learn to listen to your body and manage stress and tension more effectively. We work on building trust in your body and finding calm in your mind.
